Start with the correct platform
The official Steam community page currently lists 30 achievements. This is the PC list, not a verified PlayStation trophy total. We have withdrawn the earlier names, medal tiers and guaranteed platinum roadmap because they were not matched to a checked platform list.
A practical completion checklist
- Open your platform’s current achievement or trophy list and record what is already unlocked.
- Choose whether to reveal hidden descriptions; their text can spoil the story.
- Record the game version, play style and save used for each attempt.
- Check the actual unlock condition before replaying a scene; a similar story outcome does not prove the requirement was met.
Play style affects your replay plan
The official accessibility guide says Explorer allows Turning Points during the story. Survivor commits you to decisions during the initial run and unlocks Turning Points if you reach the ending. Play style is separate from the settings that adjust QTEs and real-time threats. Check a target’s own requirements before changing settings.
When an achievement does not unlock
Compare your attempt with the platform’s wording, check your recorded progress and consult the official update history. Keep the relevant save and version details when reporting a problem. This guide does not promise an unlock after a fixed number of runs or label an untested workaround as a fix.
