Language preference and browser storage
When you choose a language or dismiss a language recommendation, this website saves the chosen language in your browser’s localStorage under directive-locale. It stays until you clear the site’s storage or your browser removes it. It is separate from analytics cookies. The page language comes from its URL; a saved preference never forces a redirect. Browser language is read locally to offer a suggestion.
Analytics
This website loads Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and site usage. Google’s measurement may process page addresses, referrers, device and browser information and cookies. An optional Umami tracker is loaded when configured for this deployment. Its presence is separate from Google Analytics. Your browser choices
You can clear this site’s local storage and cookies through your browser’s site-data settings. Clearing directive-locale resets the saved language preference. Blocking scripts or cookies may affect analytics or preferences; blocking cookies alone does not guarantee that all measurement stops. Google also provides an Analytics opt-out add-on. Hosting and delivery use Cloudflare. When you follow an external shop or other third-party link, that service handles your visit under its own policy. If you email us, your message and email address are information you provide directly.
Retention and privacy requests
The language preference remains in browser storage until removed. Analytics retention depends on the relevant service and account configuration; we do not state an unverified fixed retention period. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion or objection. Contact us with your request; browser controls are not a substitute for submitting it.
